End of March Already!!!

Grade sevens!

Next week we will be starting our Avi Author study.  There will be a variety of novels from which to choose.  You will have group sharing, individual reading and a project to be working on at regular intervals.

Grade eights

We have finished our “Acadiens” theme.  After a few days of grammar (required for course), we will be starting our next theme “Les Phenomenes Canadiennes”.

Grade nines:

We are continuing in our novel “No Signature”.  Remember if you are missing a day, you may need to take the novel home to catch up.  Otherwise, the novel will be left in class.

Our next spelling day is Wednesday, April 11.

French Week is Coming Up next week~!

Attention all my French students.  We are in charge of French/Acadien regions of Canada.  Thursday and Friday of this week, we will be working on our information and posters.  Next week, look out for French trivia and prizes and Le Cafe Francais!

Grade seven English.

Spelling test this Friday.  We are working on our novel projects on Thursday.

Grade nines:  Novels should be finished to the end of the first section.  Questions will be given out this week to do at your leisure.  They will be included in the in-class scribbler test at the end of the book.

Spelling test next Wednesday on lesson 15/12.
