Short weeks!  Imagine three in a row (for the students!)

This week, the grade eight french classes are working on their rough copies of their web pages.  Today and Friday, we are heading to the computer labs to get the published copy completed.

Our novels are finished.  The last sets of questions should now be in.

Spelling – the next test is on October 23.

We will be working on our anthologies and magazines.

Grade nine English

We are still working on Forbidden City.  To be read for next Wednesday is the section April 4.

Spelling lesson four is due on Monday, October 16th.  Test this day also.

We are working this week on our first writing project.  The choices are short story, comparison, or description.  Please refer to our language and writing text for details.  They are located on the back shelf.  Remember, you need the rough copy, peer-edited as well as the final copy.

The comparison is also to be finished for Friday.  Rough copy and final copy.
